HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONS

ELIMEC performs the Complete Installation of the Hydraulic Part of each Plant and process line, so the lay down of the Oil-dynamic plants, Lubrication plants, Pneumatic plants, Emulsion plants, etc. The installation includes Piping Lay-Down, Specific Weldings for all types of piping, Pipe Forming with STAUFF / WALLFORM SYSTEM, Threading, Stirruping, Painting and Cleaning through compressed air and Flushing. All of our Welder and Plumbers have the Welding Patents to perform the most common types of welding and thanks to the investments made to purchase two "Tube Forming Machines", "STAUFForm System" we have been able to further improve the quality of our hydraulic installations speeding up the executing times.
Pipes Internal Cleaning System: This is a Patented Mechanical System that, by inserting a polyurethane "Bullet" into the pipes of the Oil-dynamic or Lubricating Systems, allows the cleaning of the same by means of an Air Compressed Jet. The bullet is soaked with a special Degreasing Solvent to increase the cleaning power or even with the same Exercise Oil to lubricate the pipes and preserve them from rust.
Flushing: We are equipped with Flushing Units that once connected to the Hydraulic Circuit of the plant allow the cleaning of the same after the mounting by immersing Hydraulic Oil and filtering it.
STAUFForm System: The patented STAUFF Form tube forming system is without doubt one of the most high-performing solutions currently available on the market for connecting metric sized tubes. Apart from its simplicity, it also provides a maximum level of safety, reliability and reproducibility. Thanks to this innovative system, ELIMEC guarantees Hydraulic Installations to the State of Art while reducing the installation timing.
